RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT - A deposit may be required to secure your booking. - Full payment must be received before or on the rental start date unless otherwise agreed. - All prices are quoted in the displayed currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date may forfeit the deposit. - No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. 3. REFUNDS - Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. - Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. - Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless agreed in writing. 4. RENTAL PERIOD - The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your booking confirmation. - Late returns may incur additional charges at the standard daily/hourly rate. - Extensions must be requested and approved in advance, subject to availability. 5. CONDITION AND CARE - All items must be returned in the same condition as received. - Normal wear and tear is expected; excessive damage will be charged to the customer. - The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of rented items during the rental period. 6. LIABILITY - The customer assumes full responsibility for rented items from pickup/delivery until return. - Lost or stolen items will be charged at full replacement value. - The customer agrees to use items only for their intended purpose. 7. IDENTIFICATION - Valid identification may be required at pickup. - The person who made the booking must be present at pickup. 8. DISPUTES - Any disputes should be raised within 48 hours of the rental end date. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
